TRANSCRIPT ORDER FORMS (TOF)

All transcript orders must be signed for by counsel.  If counsel appear via telephone or videoconference, those orders MUST be placed in your record and identified by page # on your Job & Bill Form below.  

Be sure all applicable portions of the form are complete and to get counsel's signature and initials  where required.  If no forms are provided and/or missing signatures you WILL NOT BE PAID for the copy sale.  Thank you!

ROUGH ASCII:

If a rough ASCII was requested, either beforehand or at the job, no matter what counsel may tell you, it needs to be sent directly to the office for distribution to our client.  The Rough should be sent to the office within 2 hours post-job for delivery to the client ASAP.  FYI, your ASCII should NOT include the cover page, appearances, index, or any ending pages.  It should start from the first Q to the last A.  In addition, there should be a running header above line 1 that reads as follows:

**UNEDITED UNCERTIFIED ROUGH DRAFT ONLY**

PAYMENT:

All jobs rec'd by the 5th of the month are paid on the 15th; All jobs rec'd by the 20th of the month are paid on the last day of the month. If cutoff/payroll falls on a weekend or holiday,  cutoff/payroll effective the next business day.
